Can't find accessibility setting on sharp Android tv

Sorry to post here. Couldn't find a sharp section.

I can't find accessibility settings on my sharp Android tv. Is the settings an app that can be installed? Or is it hidden or anything?

Any ideas?

I have a sharp android tv and have had to use adb to enable secure settings for certain apps (button mapper for instance)
