Important announcements:

a. As of the second of March 2022, DroidSet Free has been removed from Google Play due to our ongoing dispute with Google. However, DroidSet Pro is still available [for now] at Google Play if you wish to support our development effort. Thank you for your support.

b. Customers wishing to install DroidSet Free can install from our website or download the attached zipped file below.

c. As always, please email us log file if you encounter any error with this release.

DroidSet Free
v2.11.1:
a. Bug fix:
1) Streamline requests for permissions.
2) Android 4.0.3 to Android 4.3: Fix character set error.
3) Sensors execution error.
4) Device function:
a. Improve loading speed.
5) Spinner/Dropdown list: Text displayed wrong theme colour.
6) Cosmetic:
– Minor change to interaction between language options in Preferences.
Note: Customer might need to reselect the app’s language preference again.
– Resize expand and collapse indicator arrows.

Application Description

Support Android 4.0.3 to Android 11.

DroidSet allows you to manage settings on Android devices by providing quick toggling functionality. These functionality allow you to enable or disable Wi-Fi, mobile network, Bluetooth and more at a touch of a button. When a functionality is activated, you'll be presented with some information regarding that functionality.

Toggling functions:
1. Wi-Fi
2. Mobile network (2G-4G)
* Google has moved this function into a secured area from Android 5 onwards so root permission is needed to execute this function.
3. GPS
* Android 4.2 plus rooted devices only.
4. Bluetooth
5. Screen Orientation
6. Auto Sync
* Android 2.3 and earlier only sync main account.
7. Flight Mode
* Google has moved this function into a secured area from Android 4.2 onwards so root permission is needed to execute this function.
8. USB tethering
* Function requires root permission.

Non-toggling functions:
1. GPS
* Non-rooted devices only.
2. Screen lock
- Lock the screen by waving at the device, shaking the device, turning the device downward, or manually.
- Unlock the screen by waving at the device, shaking the device, turning the device upward, or manually.
- Log failed attempts at unlocking the screen.
* Require accelerometer and proximity sensors. Some functions will not work due to device's limitation.
* Not available for Android 2.1 devices.
* Require device administrator permission.
3. Screen lock management
- Change the locking method and report changed status.
* Require device administrator permission.
* Require root permission to view extended logs.
4. Auto answer phone calls.
* Function requires root permission and an activated SIM card.
5. Ringing mode
6. Volume
7. Screen brightness
8. Screen timeout
9. System
- Perform a hot reboot.
- Reboot device.
- Reboot device in recovery, bootloader or download mode.
- Turn off device.
* Function requires root permission.
10. Device
- Check for root & Samsung KNOX.
- Save and show device, firmware and mobile network information.

Logging
- Scroll logs automatically.
- Save and delete logs manually.

Sent you guys an error log. Installed it, open it and it ask for root access. Then it crashes. Droidset free.

Can you check your Gmail account as we have sent you a fix for DroidSet Free. Please open Gmail in your Sony Xperia Z2 device and follow the instructions in the email to apply the fix.

Also, please note that we officially support stock Android ROMs with DroidSet Free. However, should we receive bug reports with DroidSet Free from non-stock Android ROMs, we will still support it- but on a case-to-case basis.

Yep, I got it. But didn't work. Sent a catlog in mail too u guys. But thanks anyway

I got the update. If it was the udate you sent with the screenshot of the emulator 5.1? That didnt work either. Sending another catlog, maybe all the good things are 3? ;)
Just tell me if im "bothering" you, and i can stop. I just really wanted this too work. seems like a exellent tool.

We have emailed you another DroidSet update today. We have changed some of the support files for appcompat and the file structure of the Norwegian language within DroidSet.
