Nice app, thanks

One bug though. Xiaomi mi4i miui7, snapdragon615 big.little cpu, lollipop 5.0.2. I shut down the 4 little cores. I go to another section, than come back to cpu section, now 1st little core is active without me reactivating it.

My phone didn't have big.LITTLE configuration but your app recognize as big.LITTLE SoC, Helio X10 (MT6795) can you add option to disable big.LITTLE section?

additional to my previous question
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=519 ,
I'd like to ask, how I can adjust the cpu frequency limits for display off with this app.
Thanks a alot!

For me it's the last feature in "CPU-Hotplug" section.

Hi Komodoketavaran,

thanks for your answer, but this is not what I mean.
Usually it is possible to set the CPU frequency for display on (as example 300-2649Mhz) and for display off (for example another values 268-652MHz).
I can't find this feature in this app, but the kernel supports it.

In the past I used Synapse - this tool has a lot of features, but doesn't work stable and loses the CPU settings after restart the phone
That's why I'm using Kernel Adiutor, but it seems some important features are still missing.

I know what you mean and all what i can say is that the setting that i have shown you is for CPU frequency display off.

Hey guys,

App seems great, but i dont really get how thermal driver thing works. And google wont help.

The question itself is really simple:
There's 3 options available:
- Core Control
- VDD ***
- Thermal Throttling

It says that using more than one thermal driver can lead to unstable performance. So im switching between Core Control & Thermal Throttling.
First one leads to heavy fps drops during play sessions (after 5-7 mins in Vainglory for example), because it seem to disable some processing cores as soon as it gets hot enough.
Thermal Throttling works great, but i wonder if it really works (downgrading processing stages during overheat) w/o Core Control enabled.

I dont mind my phone getting hot, but i dont want it to damage itself.

Hi Komodoketavaran,

thanks for the screenshots. Some options are different to my version / kernel.
I don't have the option "max. CPU-Taktfrequenz bei ausgeschaltetem Display". But this is exactly what I mean - but it should be Hotplug independent.
Nevertheless I don't use IntelliPlug and it seems the Kernel Adiutor doesn't have all usual options

That's a pity.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Tim
