At a Samsung A3 (5.0.2) it is not working, all traffic will be blocked. Can this be fixed are is this problem by e.g. the phone?

Blocking all is caused by a bug in Android. See also the compatibility section on GitHub. I will add this device to the list of incompatible devices.

I have just released beta version 0.50.

Changelog/download:
https://github.com/M66B/NetGuard/releases/tag/0.50

This version will be available in the Play store as beta after Google's approval.

This version brings mainly multi SIM support, which is partly implemented by using undocumented Android APIs.
Multi SIM support will only work if the stock Android multi SIM functions are available, which will require at least Android 5.1.
Don't ask for proprietary (Huawei, Honor, Samsung, Sony, etc) multi SIM support, I will not implement this.
Note that I don't have a multi SIM device, so this is not really tested, but I do think it will work.
Please provide screenshots of the technical info in the settings, so I can check things.

Please try to acquire a logcat using adb or a logcat app (requires root).

Quick workaround the bug: allow telephone permission using the Android application settings of NetGuard. This bug will only affect Marshmallow users and I will fix it tomorrow.
