Somebody complained that his
Galaxy s7 gets hot when IP filtering is enabled. Does somebody here has a similar problem?

Thank you for the app, it is working perfectly. I wanted to ask an option for deleting the per app connection history for all the apps at once. I can clear for each app separately, but not all apps at once. Like the existing option for clearing log.

Please create a features request for this on GitHub.
A simple way to do this at this moment is to export and import the settings.

A couple days ago, I was using my Nexus 6P (with NetGuard 2.5) only for GPS. An app I use to monitor the battery warned me that the battery temp had exceeded 41C. That is the only time I have ever received such a warning. The phone was not in the sun or anything like that.

I do have IP filtering enabled, but I cannot say what the reason was for the high temperature. I checked a system monitor app immediately afterward, and all CPU cores were idle or nearly so.

I am sad. I was two days from home and upon returning I only found complaints about NetGuard in my inbox :(

Don't lose faith. I love your app and want to thank you for all your efforts. It's always easiest for people to exaggerate the negative than be thankful for the positives, that's just human nature. I can assure you there's lots of people that are thankful for what you've done for us all so...thank you!

Where, here ? Oh, well, if they're not there do ignore them. :)

Or atleast ignore those without a logcat. :cowboy:
The GitHub issues and the comments here are not really the problem. Because Google does not protect the privacy of developers at all, the Play store lists my email address (and even my physical address, although I have yet to receive love letters), so a lot of people email me, often like "add this feature or I will rate one star" or "it doesn't work, fix it [fill in curse]" (yes, people are often rude). Even worse is that Google dictates that I should answer.

Speaking about the ratings, the decreasing of the average Play store rating of NetGuard has accelerated lately, which means the average rating may be below that of the other no root firewalls within a month.

NetGuard is currently in alpha testing phase.
Please report any problems you encounter.

It would be nice if someone could design an appropriate icon.
