Hello,

I'm sorry to say that Google suspended my dedicated Google Photos App from the Play Store because I didn't respect the Log In Guides and stuff.

I reviewed the entire process and integrated all Service Providers into my original (purple colored) Photo Map App and I have to say: The results are just awesome!

Play Store

Everything is cached. I did major improvements in the Google Photos loading process. Only new photos are loaded and not all every time! Also thumbnails don't expire anymore! New photos are mapped automatically now! It's just crazy how good it performs now...

Here is the Service Provider Dialog where you can switch between the data sources within seconds:

Supported data sources:
  • Your local storage (device folders)
  • Google Photos (in combination with your location history for the FIRST setup)
  • Google Drive
  • OneDrive
  • Dropbox

PS: I will also try to integrate the cloud support to the full gallery as well!

Just select the download folder where you've downloaded yourt file. I improved the instructions recently. I'm sorry, but currently there is no other way. Also, thats only needed once!
if you purchased the previous version, you will get that one for free.

Okay, i was doing that before but I've now got it to work. 2 things.
First your instructions need to state 'you won't see the downloaded file when searching for it, just choose where you downloaded it to and press okay' second saying it may take a minute or two is a serious understatement, it took about 10 minutes! My phone is a galaxy note 8 so no slouch.

Thanks! I just published an update (should be available in a few hours), where the parsing dialog dispalys the current date of the parser, so the user can see the progress. I also improved the dispalyed messages.
