If you would have done a simple search on XDA, there's no root available for the US Qualcomm/Snapdragon based S10 series, in fact there isn't one even for the S9 let alone for the S10. These phones have much higher security than previous phones, so don't waste your time with this KingRoot, it only works on older Android versions (v4.x and some v5.x).
If you have an international/global Exynos based phone with a model number ending in "F", then you should be able to use the Magisk method.
