When "Kill" blocking method is used, the program tries to answer the call and immediately interrupt it. The call should not go to voicemail.
On many phones, this blocking method only works in the mode via Xposed.
"Delete" method does not block the call, it is only deleted from the system call log after the specified time.

I can honestly state that Xposed is not necessary for blocking calls on the 2016 Pixel XL.

It was my understanding that the xposed module is needed for the sms blocking functionality but I could be mistaken.

The Kill method didn't work before I had Xposed installed.
It does now...
