I have just released alpha version 0.5

Changelog/download:
https://github.com/M66B/open-source-email/releases

It is getting closer to a beta release, but it is still not for production use.

See post #2 for the current to do list.

I hope it is appreciated that I am putting a lot of effort into this project.

Just installed latest version, will let you know.
About the layout changes,
Is there a reason behind not having separate Accounts and Settings?

Currently they both fall under setup.
But it might be more intuitive to have an Account section with Manage and Configure new account/identity and a Settings section (mainly a placeholder for now) with preferences such as theme, maybe even About section, and future enhancements.

Regarding the new release: I like to get feedback on the navigation and the layout and of course I like to hear about bugs and crashes, so that they can be fixed.

Navigation: is going back and forth from screen to screen intuitive/transparent?
Layout: does the message list, etc look alright to you. Is the information presented in a logically structured way?
Bugs: please describe them here, if I need the debug information I will let you know
Crashes: in most cases a crash log will be saved as draft message that you can send to me

Thanks for your feedback.

There is currently just one setting: dark/light theme and I like to keep it that way. So, there is not really a reason to have a separate settings screen. Also, selecting dark/light theme is mostly done only once, during setup, just like setting up the accounts and identities. In other words, settings should be as far away as possible from the main navigation. If you have another opinion about this, please let me know. Discussion mostly makes things better.

App always launches to setup page:

I already added an account, so expected behaviour would be to open inbox/unified inbox.
Only open setup if no account exists.

An About section should be added to your list: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...21&postcount=3

I don't see 'done' under about, so are you sure you did setup an account?

If so: did you use 'Configure account' or 'manage accounts'.

This program was long needed, IMO. I want to donate. Do you have a donate button on GitHub that I'm missing? Or should I donate through the Netguard app page?

That is because I removed Synchronize due to previous mentioned error notifications:

When I reSelected it, it opened up to unified inbox.

In setup, the Configure account always opens up to the details of the first account added into app.
Is that intended behaviour?
Or should it be either new account or that the default/primary account?

Layout:
When multiple accounts are added, there is no way to differentiate between folders:

There is only an indicator to provider, both are outlook accounts.
different Colour for different accounts and account identifier would be great
Also,
It would be nice to have each account displayed in drawer for easy access to particular account:

Navigation:
When in folders section, enter into folder, click back button takes you to unified inbox instead of up one back to Folders.

I am planning to add some paid pro features later, but if you want to donate now, just use the NetGuard or XPrivacyLua way and add a short description. In any case a donation will be appreciated.
