Searched settings /thread but couldn't find a solution

FairEmail will always show all messages and you cannot disable this and this won't be made possible either. I have had way to many questions related to this, for example why the number of messages selected/moved/deleted didn't match with what is being shown.

Simple solution: don't use Gmail

Moved but not marked read.
The checkbox is enabled for mark as read.

Definitely agree with you on this.
Just a note:
I do not have this problem.
But, I am using Manual sync and never sync all mail folders.
So, maybe it will work to disable synchronization of the all mail folder
If not there must be a setting in gmail to disable it, no? (If not then, definitely disabling sync of all mail folder should do the trick)

Not synchronizing the all messages archive folder is a solution too.

Hi,
I have the same issue when moving manually messages either with swipe right or via the notification action, the message is moved but not marked read although I've enabled the option "Mark read when moving...".
The problem occurs on a specific message I receive everyday.
I guess it will be the same if I write a rule to do it automatically.
Maybe the same problem as @ths180...
Thanks

Please double check if all messages in the conversation are marked read.
Especially in the case of Gmail archived and send messages might be marked read later.

@ths180

As far as I am concerned, the message is a single one and not part of a conversation.
I receive it automatically from a server every day.
The provider is not Gmail.

@ths180

For me the rule doesn't work.
It works versions before...

In an email already read, if I move the email to the right to put it as unread, when performing this action, the list of emails scrolls to the top (incorrect), if I perform the opposite action (from unread to read) visually remains and does not scroll the list of emails to the top (correct).

Try to do it in an email at the end of the list of all emails.

Since the search for "changelog" had to many entries and I don't know if it was asked before

I'd love to have a screen/popup showing the latest changelogs (like last 5) when opening the app after an update. Probably with an option to disable it since i don't know if everybody is sharing my opinion.
