I'll try and keep this short and to the point. If you unlocked your bootloader and flashed TWRP and SuperSU, theirs a Good chance your phone will not return to stock and take OTA updates. Many of us have tried but for some reason the updates just fail.

Well we are lucky and someone captured and posted the 3 known updates and I'm going to show you how to flash them

New ~ All in One ~ update Instructions in Post 2

We now have a new way to do this, So the information below is just for information sake So bare with me while I get the Guide updated...

All the older methods are still here
B130 to B140 instructions

(Flash B130 Rom -> Flash Stock B130 recovery -> Update B140 Firmware -> Flash B140 Rom -> Done)

To get started you need to download some Stock files and the OTA update
Start by downloading the First OTA Firmware here > B130_B140.zip

And download and copy the the 2 new stock Rom's to your ext_sdcard
New > Stock B130 Rom.fixed

NEW >> Stock.B140.Rom

Then you need to unzip the B130_B140.zip it has a file in it called update.app ...this is the firmware update
you need to copy update.app to a folder named dload in the root of your ext_sdcard

also download and copy SuperSU 2.79 and B130.recovery.img to the ext_sdcard ...more on restoring it later

The idea here is to get your phone back to stock B130 and update it to B140

First backup everything on the internal storage of the phone to the PC it will be wiped clean

Now your ready to begin Shut down the phone and boot to TWRP by holding Power and Volume up
till the phone says it's booting.
In TWRP choose Mount and be sure cust / system and data are all checked (Note: you should do this with any Rom flash on this Phone)
then choose Home / Install / select storage / B130.Stock.Rom.fixed / swipe to flash

When it's done hit Home / Install / Image / choose B130.recovery.img / then choose recovery / swipe to flash
Reboot / System

If the phone hangs on the AT&T logo for more that 2 or 3 min after the B130 stock rom flash
you may have to fastboot boot H1611.TWRP.New.img
and go to wipe / format data / type yes / and then go to
Install / SuperSU / let it finish and reboot

This should be fixed but I'll leave it for now...

You now have a Stock B130 Phone choose Reboot / System

Skip setup of the phone and just get to the home screen and the phone dialer

Your going to flash the Firmware for B140 now
from the phone dialer use the "Magic code" > *#*#2846579#*#*
this brings up ProjectMenu / Choose 4. Software Update / sdcard upgrade / and yes
ProjectMenu
the phone reboots to the EMUI update screen and flashes the firmware you put in the dload folder.
When it's done it will reboot the phone so now boot to the bootloader with power + volume down while hooked to the PC via USB

(Note after flashing the B140 Firmware your phone will still say B130, this is normal it will change when you flash the B140 Rom below)

Your now ready for the B140 Stock system and /cust but your TWRP is gone so you have to boot it from fastboot
shutdown the phone plug in the usb to pc and open the command prompt from fastboot folder again (you should have TWRP.img in this folder )
boot to the bootloader with Power + Volume down ...this is Fastboot mode
in command prompt type fastboot devices - your phone serial should show
type fastboot boot TWRP.H1611.img - TWRP will start

In TWRP choose Mount and be sure /cust - system and data are all checked
then choose Home / Install / select storage / H1611.B140.Stock.Rom / swipe to flash

If the phone hangs for more that 2 or 3 min after the B140 stock rom flash
you may have to fastboot boot H1611.TWRP.New.img
Install / SuperSU / let it finish and reboot

That's it Reboot the phone and it will reboot Two or three times (this is normal) and then load the system
you now have a complete rooted B140.

Old Way (With Option to not wipe data)

B130 to B140 instructions

To get started you need to download some Stock files and the 2 OTA updates
Start with the First OTA B130_B140.zip
and the B130 Stock system / boot and recovery backup > 2017-01-26-H1611.B130.stock.complete.7z Thanks @madvane20
And if you Debloated your phone at all you'll need to restore the Stock /cust partition
theirs a backup of it here >> custPartition.img

New > Stock B130 Rom
you can use this instead of the backup and the /cust restore

Here's the Stock system / boot and recovery for B140 >> https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767138278
Thanks to @dabadguycr
And here's the custPartitionB140.img Thanks To @sonofdan

You need to unzip the files and copy them to your ext_sdcard
the B130_B140.zip has a file in it called update.app ...this is the firmware update
you need to copy update.app to a folder named dload in the root of your ext_sdcard

the other 2 files are TWRP backup files and need to be copied to the TWRP folder
the path is TWRP/BACKUPS/your-serial-number/unzipped folder goes here
If you have never made a TWRP backup you may need to do a small one first (just backup boot.img for example) to see the path

and simply copy custPartition.img and custPartitionB140.img and SuperSU 2.79 to the ext_sdcard ...more on restoring it later

The idea here is to get your phone back to stock B130 and update it to B140

First backup everything on the internal storage of the phone to the PC it will be wiped clean

Now your ready to begin Shut down the phone and boot to TWRP by holding Power and Volume up
till the phone says it's booting.
In TWRP choose restore and select storage / Micro sdcard / 2017-01-26-H1611.B130.stock.complete
check that all the partitions are selected and swipe to restore

When it's done hit the home button (don't reboot yet)
If you need to restore the Stock custPartition.img plug the phone into your PC
and open a command prompt from your adb / fastboot directory
in command prompt type adb devices your phone should be detected
next type adb shell and hit enter
now run the command > dd if=/external_sd/custPartition.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p23
this is copying 512mb to your phone so be patient it takes a few min.

Code:
D:\fastboot>adb shell
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
~ # ←[6ndd if=/external_sd/custPartition.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p23
dd if=/external_sd/custPartition.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p23
1048576+0 records in
1048576+0 records out
536870912 bytes (512.0MB) copied, 85.218779 seconds, 6.0MB/s
~ # ←[6nexit
You now have a Stock B130 Phone choose Reboot / System

Skip setup of the phone and just get to the home screen and the phone dialer

Your going to flash the Firmware for B140 now
from the phone dialer use the "Magic code" > *#*#2846579#*#*
this brings up ProjectMenu / Choose 4. Software Update / sdcard upgrade / and yes
ProjectMenu
the phone reboots to the EMUI update screen and flashes the firmware you put in the dload folder

Choose Restore / Select Storage / Micro sdcard / TWRP No Root
Make sure and select System and Boot (I didn't restore recovery)
swipe to restore

Now you need to flash the B140 /cust partition same as we did above
adb shell
dd if=/external_sd/custPartitionB140.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p23

and the last step is to flash SuperSU in TWRP
Choose Install / SR2-SuperSU-v2.79-SR2-20170103215521.zip

That's it Reboot the phone and it will reboot once and then load the system
you now have a complete rooted B140.

I have been working on this for some time and I now have an ALL in One Flash solution

This will allow you to flash a Single Rom to Update or Downgrade your firmware and Rom

As with any firmware update or downgrade I'm not responsible to what happens to your phone you do this at your own risk
(rest assured I have tested all these files and my phone is fine)

The Flash instructions are the same as any rom flash on this phone
Step one is to Boot to the bootloader and boot H1611.TWRP.New.img
fastboot boot H1611.TWRP.New.img
Swipe to allow modifications to System
then choose Mount and check system and cust
Select Storage Micro SDcard
Next is install and choose your Bxxx_Full_Update.zip
Swipe to flash
Reboot

That's really all their is too it, Just choose the File below that you want to update or downgrade too

Note: The phone always loads the AT&T logo and reboots the first time and then loads normally
First boot will take you to the setup screen if you formatted data

Another thing i noticed while test flashing these files is that the Data partition becomes Encrypted after the flash
This means before you can restore a data backup or flash a Rom like CleanRom (it includes data) you'll need to Format Data to UN-encrypt it

Also some roms may need to have SuperSU flashed after the Rom or the phone may not boot the first time after the upgrade.

AS Always make a complete backup of your phone before you start any flashing

Downloads

B160_Full_Update.v2.zip

B150_Full_Update.zip

I had to make B140 into 2 flashes but it works the same just copy both files to your phone and Flash A then B

B140_Full_Update.A.zip
B140_Full_Update.B.zip

B130_Full_Update.zip

Huge thanks to @madvane20 for helping with the partition layouts and testing and to @worstenbrood for the Huawei Update Extractor tool

... no you would start at returning your phone to Stock B140 and continue from their
flashing the B150 firmware then the B150 stock system and /cust

We have the B150 files and the guide is updated

is that a trick question ? if you could get back to stock and take the OTA this post wouldn't be necessary now would it ?
The whole point of the thread is that no one who rooted has been able to return to stock and take an OTA
