Hey! Glad that you're interested in this little project of mine & yes, the hosts file will be actively updated.

I've included both the lists (ABPVN & Turk-Adlist) 'cause despite their names, they contain tons of entries not specific to Turkey & Vietnam websites. If you take a closer look at those lists, i think you might notice that.

The StevenBlack list used in the hosts file is his personal ad-hoc list and not the unified hosts file.

ALSO,
The hosts file does not contain duplicates.

This is interresting coz you included some "exotic" hosts files.. not included in StevenBlack's.

An addition with "Airelle hosts" file would be great.. alas, he only provided as zipped files, so i can't fetch it.

The Airelle's hosts files were not include mainly because of size, breakage, and false positives.

Just took a quick look and noticed that Airelle's "hpub.7z" includes this entry.
"secure.internetdownloadmanager.com"

That's not the only entry. It looks like the whole IDM website is completely blocked.

amazing! I use 9-10 host sources for my 2 mobile devices and my laptop
(with a rather small total, around 2-3mb, not mahakala/moad etc - this one is used only in ublock on the laptop and work's desktop) and
not a single duplicate was found after importing your source!

Download the hosts file with the help of a download manager like IDM or ADM (Android).

You can also import it directly into uBlock Origin and AdAway.

The second method is highly recommended because the hosts file gets updated quite frequently!
Downloading it manually (every time an updated copy is available) will be a little exhausting!

edit:
your (new) hosts file breaks pushbullet too,
I couldn't find what's causing the issue,
I thought it was api.segment.io but it isn't,
I disabled it and it works again,
I spend a whole day trying to find out
why pushbullet doesn't work,
you don't have to be (that) aggresive buddy,
so your hosts file is no go for me for the time being,
tell me if and when you fix your issues
