I mean to say, when we will try to on aggressive doze mode they will ask to open certain page and page mentioned that to make features working you have to apply some permission by computer using command prompt or powershell, after I connect my mobile to pc I try to execute command mentioned in Greenify website but it's not working or executing.

@v7
Is there any way to utilize Amplify without Xposed or an alternative app that comes even close to it, excluding Greenify?

For alternative app probably you can use wakeblock.
But unfortunately if your device is android 6 or lower, it cannot be used.

Use elemental EX kernel manager. It allows you to block wake locks, Even on Android 10. must be rooted

I am having huge battery drain on my S20U. Overnight it lost 20% (100% to 80%). This is with mobile data, location, NFC, AOD, Bluetooth and dolby atmos OFF. Checking on Better Battery Stats (which has been given additional access via ADB), out of 8 hours it was awake for 4h 51m. This is huge IMO. I have included screenshots below for kernel and partial wakelocks. Could anyone with more knowledge point towards whats causing the drain? its driving me mad.

Basically, in Kernel wakelock its mmc0_detect and bbd_wake_lock. Did some research on mmc0_detect and it suggests it is due to Always on Display. But in my case AOD was off the whole time.

Your log does not meet the requirements for a proper idle dump. Please submit a log with over 6 hours screen off time and less than 1 minute screen on. There's detailed instructions on the first post.
