you'll need to use the LMSA tool and flash the full firmware
back everything up first your device will get wiped and you'll have to start over from scratch

Lenovo recently updated their upgrade matrix.

There are currently no plans to upgrade the P10s or X605F/L to Android 10.

The X505*, X605FC/LC and X606* tablets all get an upgrade in September/October 2020.

Yep that's Lenovo at their finest one OS upgrade and their done.
At this price point it's still worth it to me. The same Samsung s3, s4, s6 cost way more (as much as 3x more) than these tablets
and you still stuck with 2 OS updates at best.

Make a twrp backup of the unencrypted data partition on your external sd_card.
Run Lenovo LMSA(?) to flash newest software.
Fastboot flash patched bootloader and TWRP. In twrp, flash disable encryption zip and format data to remove encryption.
Restore saved /data from twrp backup.
Reboot
