- install Sp falsh tool and USB Driver .
- open Flash tool and choose MTK ALL IN ONE DL file from Rom folder .
- then choose scatter file from rom folder .
- Switch off the phone ther connect by USB Cable and click Download Button .
- wait to finish Download then restart the phone .
- GOOD Luck .

Cannot confirm it's legit but I guess you wanted to know

Not downloading

For some reason it wont download to the phone.

USB debugging is enabled. I followed your guide but for some reason it never actually starts the download :/

Also when i choose the AllInOne from the Rom folder i get this error:
BROM ERROR : S_FTHND_FILE_LOAD_FAIL (5008)

I tried it:
with vodafone IT , no network working
Camera does not work
double tap to wake up not working
wifi seems ok
usb seems ok

I was not able to have root on stock rom so I tried CM12.1 to have alternative but without network is unuseful

flash the xancin rom its rooted you can flash it with trwp recovery
beside i root the stock rom easy
step 1 download the stockrom k6000
step2 load the stockrom in flashtools don,t close flashtool
unmark everything but recovery,then copy the trwp recovery in the stockrom thats loaded flash the recovery
you won,t get ok in flashtools
then reboot the phone in to trwp recovery and flash the superuser.zip file
then the phone is rooted
but after a other reboot the trwp recovery is gone
the you can flash it with Rahzr again then it will be there forever
it only works on this way.and a did it on 3 k6000 phones
ps you can lose imei but can restored with mobileuncle

In every case I installed twrp using fastboot command:
1) choose unlock bootloader in Settings --> Developer options --> OEM unlock
2) switch off and restart in Fastboot mode (Vol+ key and Turn-on key for many seconds)
3) Then :
fastboot oem unlock (confirm on mobile)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot

TWRP starts and I SuperSU.zip.
I was able just ones to made root....

I tried three times CM12.1 and I can confirm for the problem said before...are there news about the CM12.1 update?

Installed this today on my K6000. Following HTC-TYTN2's instructions but I get No data connection and making a voice call takes ages.

WiFi works 100% I also entered EE(UK) APN settings manually and still no data connection.

I installed a new version
12.1-20160525-UNOFFICIAL-k6000
All working.
The bug that I found:
- audio streaming not working but it says that is connected (so I can use car audio to call but not for the streaming)
- Sometimes gallery freeze and then appear message Close or Wait
Limitations:
- no possible double tap to wake up
Strange (but may be known):
- MTK tools to change parameters are not working (for example: MTK Engineering Mode Start, Mobileuncle Tools, ToolHero ecc..), so I cannot check hardware

In my K6000 using maps I have always "finding GPS satellite..." and navigation does not work!
I have this problem since stock ROM (V8 version) and I tried CM12.1 thinking to solve!

Can someone suggest a solution for this?

When i select fastboot mode it just stays there with "=>FASTBOOT mode..." what do i need to do to proceed to your next steps ?

when my phone is turned off, my pc can't install the drivers and it says me "MTP Usb device Failed" what can i do to fix it ?
