Did you do Step 20? Install Magisk Manager from https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/...manager-v7.5.1 and that will tell you if Magisk is available to be used.

Thanks! that was the final step I was missing. Now all I need to do is remove all this Verizon crap.

does this phone have fastboot? I can't get it it go into fastboot after rooting successfully.
