Can anyone tell is there any improvements in terms of photo and video quality in 20190412 firmware compared to the 20190404 or they just fixed some bugs in the camera app?

Really strange to me as well. Had the 7 days jail period with S9. But that at least had some strong community to discuss. I'm not sure of this. Still struggling since last 24 hrs

just noticed that the changelog for 20190412 says:

Quote:

Updated certificates
Camera bugs fixed, camera effects improved

so I guess there is no improvements of photo/video quality compared to the 20190404...

In their review of Umidigi S3 Pro, DeviceSpecifications say that they were not able to record 4K with Open Camera app on this smartphone, they have even published screenshots of Open Camera where the max allowed video resolution is 1080p - can anyone else confirm this?

Unfortunately now phone is not listed even in adb devices command. I get a blank line. Great. Looks like I'm struck badly

My S3 with stock app have no option for 4k. 1080p only.

The stock camera app doesn't allow 4K recording (yet). But the more odd thing is that even the Open Camera App doesn't allow it.
