Blu Studio C Super Camera custom ROM

I have tried everywhere on the internet to find the custom ROM for BLU Studio C Super Camera, having no luck. Want to see if there's anyone has any resource with regards to this, and how hard is it to develop a custom ROM. Any help is appreciated.
