Hi

I wanted to know if there is a way to permanently disable USB debugging (that even when you try to turn it on it turns off automatically).

Thanks

As you turn it on
You can turn it off
And it won't turn on until you do it
And you can't turn it off completely
Just don't turn it on again!

No way man!
He should just set strong password and take care of that.if the phone locked it's impossible to enable it
If they steal phone they can't access it without format all data which is unrecoverable(he can delete all of data with FMM too)

That isn't true. You can bypass security if you have twrp and adb

Yep that's right
But you can't install TWRP without USBdebug enable!
I said don't enable that one!
And same about ADB
