How to root Alcatel onetouch model A571VL?

Hello. I got a new Alcatel onetouch phone, model A571VL from Wal Mart. It's a StraightTalk phone. Can TWRP be installed on it or is there non-malware containing software than can root it? I want to use it like a mini Linux machine and have root permissions to the entire filesystem using the app Termux. Thanx for any help.

I also wonder this. Though it is a shame no one can confirm. I would try to use Kingroot, however I fear the "System Software Unauthorized By 'carrier here'" screen may appear.

If anyone can shed some light on this, that would be amazing! I have tried the following: Kingroot, Kingoroot, Framaroot, Towelroot, and some super old instructions on here from like 2012, that, to be honest, I didn't complete, because it wanted me to download a super old version of Ubuntu, and I didn't think it would work after reading comments of other people that said something along the lines of, "Stop trying to use tutorials that are 5 years old." so, I gave up on that...

On a more serious note I'm digging deep into this phone's security purely out of SPITE for Tracfone.

    If anyone can shed some light on this, that would be amazing! I have tried the following: Kingroot, Kingoroot, Framaroot, Towelroot, and some super old instructions on here from like 2012, that, to be honest, I didn't complete, because it wanted me to download a super old version of Ubuntu, and I didn't think it would work after reading comments of other people that said something along the lines of, "Stop trying to use tutorials that are 5 years old." so, I gave up on that...
