Quanta AQT80, also listed under Sprint as manufacturer. King Root apk worked for me on 5.1.1. Garbage tablet imo. Maybe some bloatware removal will speed it up. Good luck

rooted aqt80
Hope I'm not to late to help. So i got root with kingroot, (not kingoroot) fast and efficient to be sure but i have real trust issues with..well anybody really, Chinese hackers with backdoor accesses for sure. That said, and not having anything valuable on this brick-to-be the performance gains were pretty substantial. Like day and night. Might be because i only use it on Wi-Fi at home so i was able to can all the telephone crap, oh but i do love pushing uninstall on bloat. Almost makes the frustration of no one knowing how to root the thing worth it. Anyway, here's the kingroot link. Be warned, It will intigrate, and it was still there after a hard reset (i sometimes love canning boat a bit too much) which creeped me out enough to uninstall it just to be sure, and it did.

Xda won't let me post the link. Is actually on this site somewhere or google. just don't do kingoroot by accident. Been there done that

Use "Kings Root Root and Root Checker" app from Play Store. Working like a charm.

You MUST, in this order, follow my instructions or it won't work correctly.

Install Kingroot (not kingoroot)
-root and reboot
Install Supersu me from the market
- follow in-app instructions
Install FlashFire version .52
-No more, no less or it will not work
Install Xposed 3.0 Alpha 4
-find it on XDA
FlashFire Xposed version SDK 22 version 80, *arm*
-hit add button, flash zip or OTA, select Xposed.zip, untick mount /system read/write option
FLASH
-reboot- profit!!

I haven't touched build.prop (yet)

When you get proper root on it and freeze some apps it DOES respond faster.
