Use tools for mi5 family, mi max 2 have same splash like mi 5 with 161x321 resolution, i have already extract the logo.png from splash.img from mi max 2 someone provide

i used the tool for mi5 family and its working perfect with the max1 ... but on the max2 it shows always the black boot screen with the white xiaomi logo, no changes.
I try fastboot and twrp, no errors .. but no changes.

Is max 2 have another splash partition?

hmmm, the difference is also the os, my max1 has Lineageos and the max2 is Miui 8.6 Xiaomi.eu Rom,
the splash partition exist ... maybe we must wait for an good running Lineageos for max2

Lineage doesn't touch splash partition and other firmware partition, can u give me list partition of max 2

Type
su
ls -iR /dev/block


And copy all output text on terminal emulator to here

here but yesterday i try also to flash the logo partition and the result is now the Linux Pinguin showing in boot and fastboot

I think u should try replace one by one between logo and splash partition, and see if it change or not

First i flash the splash: Boot-Logo not changed, fastboot logo original, nothing changed
then i flash the logo: both, Boot and fastboot now pinguin
