Xiaomi splashes are easy. Header (20kb of zeros) + 1.bmp + 2.bmp + 3.bmp + 4.bmp + 5.bmp. Logo and battery are not fullscreen bitmaps in this case. Try splash.img from output folder.
If works, edit pics according you favor.

Hi,

Thanks for your hard work. Can you tell me what command you used to extract the splash.img with ffmpeg? Or did you use some other program?

Cheers

Hi, there is some extract-bitmaps-from-logo phyton script in bin folder, made by author, for extracting/cutting-off BMPs from splash.img.
I 've used HxD hexeditor to "select block", "search for 'BM' ", "cut" and "paste write to new file" for splashes with empty header and few BMPs.
FFMPEG could be use for converting bmp/png/jpg/rgb24/bgr24/grb24... but also for extracting rbg24 and rgb565 for other splashes than Xiaomi and ZTE. But with known resolution...not easy to cut off.

Do any of {Redmi, Mi, Android One Black/White, Google} splashes work in fastboot mode?

I see that BL is unlocked, but boot is secured. Maybe "OEM unlocked" in Developer menu is not turned on?

Hello Adeii!

Oem unlock is on...

The system starts. But first appears the first image. Then fastboot and recovery mode is not the same as the original. (Like the images above)

Thank you for your help.
