With this script you can easily enable init.d without a custom kernel.
Only thing which you need is superSU.

BUSYBOX NEEDED

How to install:
-with recovery
1. Flash superSU by @Chainfire (min ver 2.49)
2. Download zip for your device (arm or x86)
3. Flash with recovery (CWM, TWRP)
4. Reboot

-without recovery
1. Try with superSU from playstore(maybe will not work)
2. Download zip
3. Copy file from /system/xbin (zip)
4. Paste it inside /system/xbin (device)
5. Set permissions of a file to 755

How to access:
Open terminal emulator and type
Code:
su
INIT
Option 1 will show you two methods for init.d enabling. If one doesn't work try second one.

Option 2 fully disable init.d

Option 3 is for a donation

ANDROID FILE HOST
or if it doesn't work, check this one:

PAYPAL users can donate me using this link
http://paypal.me/Paget96
If you have issues, download paypal app from playstore, that will work
For US users:
"I could not use your paypal donation link or url as you already know as it's not possible to send a donation from USA. I logged into my paypal account and used the option to pay for goods or services to send you the funds."

Thanks a lot, guys

I don't have a custom recovery for my device, so I can't flash SuperSU. But I've seen the code, it's the same as the one in post#2 of your busybox tutorial and that definitely works on one of my friends' phone. So, Three Cheers to you and maybe you could do a new project that can install SuperSU using /system /xbin scripts, What Say ???

For you and everyone, Paget96 has had to discontinue all his work completely and abandoning because of how harsh it is in Serbia right now. He has has to sell almost all he and his family had for taxes including no more WiFi and phone as well. May all our prayers go out to him, his family, and everyone else in Serbia. God bless you Paget96 and he wishes us all Goodbye and farewell until he gets through this tragedy unfortunately.
