very good set of apps.

however, I would've added poll with each app as an option. in this way you can gather community opinions.

for instance, looking at the list I already miss gmail and hangouts there (use them a lot, also imho they are the most popular google apps).
photos - for backup (but if drive can do it - no big deal)
also why add play music but not other play apps (I know it's player, but books and newsstand are readers, a bit illogical)

other than that - nice work.

I made this GApps according to my needs, and it's only the first version, so a few apps are missing.
For email I use Inbox, for photos Motorola Gallery, but I don't use Books and Newsstand.

I'll add:
