Hi, I was trying to get it working with Oneplus One and Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (T-819) and both had some problems. I was using app 1.0.13 and Gear 360 latest firmware and I tested this on 2 different cameras.

Oneplus One Android 7.1.1 using Quinny899 4k app
It connects to camera with Bluetooth I can see how full is battery and storage.
I can find and connect to WiFi, after 2 times selecting it stays connected and doesn't disconnect because of No Internet.
But still problem is that it can't get past loading screen.

Galaxy Tab S2 Android: 6.0.1 using Bin4ry 4k app
Bluetooth working and connected.
I think it doesn't turn on WiFi on Gear 360.
Stuck on loading screen.

Does anyone manage to get Gear 360 working with Oneplus devices? Don't care about Tab S2 it was for testing but any suggestions for 1+ One?

Sorry, you're right.
I can Install and run the App, I can also link and set up the Gear 360 Camera, but I can't browse my files (Pics and videos) on the SD, a loading message appears and it remain so...
Please forgive my English and thank you for the answer.

I had the same problem using a Pixel. I got around it by going to Settings > Wi-Fi -> Gear at top right -> Enable "Switch to cellular data automatically".

The next time I manually connected to the Gear 360 Wifi, it prompted me to stay connected even though there was no internet, now I can see the videos/pictures off the Gear 360.

Alternatively, I used adb to send the following command which seems to force Android to stay connected to any network despite not having internet.

settings put global captive_portal_detection_enabled 0

Are you connected to the camera?

Don't go to the settings unless the device is connected, or it will crash.

If the ul links have gone dead or don't work, use my nougat version, it will work on older android versions too
