try reflashing rom following steps i provided or just goto recovery and do factory reset only then reboot !!!!
re flashed many times. but gapps not working.

try with these steps
Settings>Apps>Option-select Show system>
Select These Apps
Google play services, Google Play Store, Google services Framework
goto>Storage>clear Data
Reboot device and login with play store:good:

i have installed this rom as per your video tutor,but my phone is facing a problem with 2g/3g switch and also mobile data doesn't turn on. I have tried reinstalling the rom again but no use
And also about the playstore its not getting connected shows an error could not sign in,problem connecting to google servers.
please help

ok I had successfully flashrom every thing is amazing
but only worry is unable to sign into google account trying from 2 days its not happing

try these steps
first flash only Rom then boot device sytem after booted reboot in recovery
then flash gapps then wipe cache, dalvik cache then reboot system then try with signing back again

Tried it out .But no use still its giving the same errror message...

Select ROM zip then add zip select gapps arm 5.1 pico swipe to flash
Then wipe cache, dalvik cache
Reboot to system

Requires Unlocked Bootloader And TWRP Installed
To unlock Bootloader follow this
[1] bootloader unlock
to unlock boot first u need flash the boot loader unlock file from htc
to do that download the file in the link
*run sp flash tool ,load scatter given in the unlock file and flash the both files preloader and secro unlock.img press download
*[this is important to flash this phone] press vol+,vol- without battery then insert usb cable then put the battery in by ressing the voliume buttons
now your unlock file will be downloaded to your phone and your phone will be unlocked.now you can flash rom/recovery/anything

from this link use sp flash tool only and use scatter and secro from downloaded zip

Dear Dost,
your rom have many problems and issues, kindly delete "Stable" in your title, coz many noobs install this rom and brick there hand sets.2its not stable
you miss guide people, and brick phones........... its not stable, coz any port rom not to be stable for any device....... your rom have crash issue, google play not working.
