Android 8.1.0 - Accessibility Service for "Greenify - Automated Hibernation" Issue

Issue
Under accessibility service, "Greenify - Automated Hibernation" doesn't stay on, already gave it adb permissions in order for it to stay on, also removed it from "Battery Optimization".
Issue always occurs once there is an app that is to be greenified and you let your smartphone turn off/power button off/manual hibernation. Tried it with settings "Automated Hibernation" Off and still would occur, hopefully someone can shed a light on this.
Attached is the screenshot of the Accessibility Service for Greenify - Automated Hibernation in the ON position and OFF position after several minutes.
