Notification stuck

Around august updates, Lspeed began to stuck notification that can't be swiped away. I always force close after that.
But I don't want to disable notification because I want to see if it applied successfully
I'm missing something there?

I'm currently using Sony E4 running kitkat 4.4.4 because my main phone broke

Already updated but it still stuck
But I found a temporary solution. Open Lspeed and swipe from task list and the notification is gone
