long story short:
Whatever your config is is your config.

Fidor works over here in the rather generic config I described.

Now I'm bringing up this topic again.
I've been struggling with this issue for over 1.5 years now and it honestly got me kind of frustrated a couple of times.

I'm using the fidor banking app and without anything else set up, Magisk manages to hide root from the app.
But as pointed out earlier in this thread, adding a lockscreen pattern with or without fingerprint authentification breaks the hiding mechanism.

Not having a device lock set up isn't really an option for me unfortunately. Does anyone have an idea what causes this strange behavior, or might this just be a Magisk bug on a couple of devices?

Device: Oneplus 5T
Fidor App Version:
Magisk Version: Canary 20414
