But I have now superuser Phh...How do I unroot and uninstall before I can flash supersu 2.76 magisk version and hidesu ?
Ps. I can't see the forest through the trees

You should use the magisk Xposed it passes SafetyNet.

PS: don't rely too much on safetynet helper, it give me a blue screen "safetynet request: fail", and when i tried to log in to the game it worked

Safety net has different levels of security. The level Pokemon uses is not as secure as what bank apps use. With that blue screen games might still work, but banking apps will likely not work.

it doesn't stay blue it changes from blue to green or from green to blue although I didn't change anything ?
