Now you made me go look it up 🤔🧐
Last version of Magisk it worked with was 14.2 (I was pretty sure 18 was too high)

Processor is irrelevant. You need either a way to flash/boot TWRP or a boot.img you can let the manager modify and flash it through fastboot (or in your case probably Odin). Otherwise there should hardly be any devices impossible to root yet (probably still the Pixel 3's)
