Provide the installation log when installing directly from the Magisk repo as well.

Wrong log. After you install a module there is a copy log button, press it and it'll save a log and tell you what it's named.

Is there any hope to get the ability to copy text and share pictures from the recents screen like in the Pixel Launcher?

The module has nothing to do with this feature. All features within recents are launcher side.

No information whatsoever. Wew, gotta love magisks install logging.
Could you rename the zip and add "debug" to the zip name and flash it in twrp, then send "quickstepswitcher-debug.log" which will be located in /sdcard/

Are you installing a zip you downloaded previously or directly from the Manager Downloads?
