[BUG] Speed Mode Eating Battery

I see a lot of videos in 1.5x~2x speed.

The problem is that MX just EATS the battery alive when in this mode.
For comparison, VLC drains only 10~20% more battery.

I tested HW+, HW and software.

Tested on Mi9 Pie, and Tab S3 Oreo.
