How to get Network stream/HLS video to seek in MX player

Thank you so much. This immediately solved my problem. I was in way too deep and felt sure i was missing something with master playlists with codec, dimension, bandwidth or byte range headers or something . I read most of the spec and https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-pa...ection-4.3.3.4 suggests it isn't even required and isn't in most of the examples! Thanks again

With this tag in my playlist VLC can no longer play the video however MX player can.

That's wired. But, according to HLS standard, it's well defined & mandatory tag required for non live streams.
MX Player follows the standards.
