Yep. Just figured that out as well. I used version r17
checked in the logs you had r15c. downloaded from archives and seems like building now.

Thanks a lot.

How does config.h in ffmpeg being generated?
I want to try to turn on AC3_AT_DECODER and EAC3_AT_DECODER but if i change it manually it is then being replaced somehow (i don' t know how) and turns off these options.
Where exactly do i have to turn it on?
Thank you in advance.

You don't install it via recovery. You just copy the file somewhere on your device storage somewhere, navigate to it in the app and you're done.

I want to understand the process of installing custom codecs here. By selecting zip file through Custom Codec tab , are we making changes to Android framework or system files. Are we changing any system files or adding new files.?

According to link below, we need make changes to Android in order to install custom codec.

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/...edia-framework

I am really confused

You're not making any changes like that. That link is a guy creating his own decoder. Different thing. The codecs just tell Mx player how to play different file formats. Just tell Mx where the codecs are and restart Mx. That's it.

Do you mean that by using Custom decoder zip file, we are only informing MX player about where to find decoder and not installing new decoder or providing a new decoding functionality to MX player?

Ok, this is not a custom decoder, it's custom codecs. Basically it describes to the Mx-player's decoder how specific video formats "work." So that Mx can decode and play it for you. So it is providing functionality (it can decode formats it did not know about before)
