If you don't know your CPU, just use the all in one file. It's bigger, but works with all Android devices. Download from that link, in app settings point the decoder to that file.

I am just testing on a second device with the same content now to see if the issue is repeatable.

The device I have the problem on is an older device, but it has always played these files just fine in the past.

I'm unable to post my bug log because I haven't posted enough in the forum now but I have just experienced the audio pause and desync with a file that is h.264 and AC3 audio, so perhaps AC3 audio is the trigger to that bug rather than MPEG2 content.

if you can't upload the attachments, Just upload it to any cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox. Then share the links here
If you are even not allowed to share the link, you can just use some tricks like replacing the http with h**p

for eg: h**p://www.dropbox.com/pathtofile
