Going to disagree here, manufacturers don't feel the need to include this information most of the time. My Snapdragon 820 device with Adreno 530 does not support 10-bit AVC(H.264), however it does
HW+ decode 10-bit HEVC. Wikipedia properly lists the addition of 10-bit encoding and decoding for HEVC to the hardware, but Qualcomm's own website does not. 625 was released close to 820 so it's worth a try, but it can go either way.
Incidentally, the SIP on Nvidia's 10 series cards also supports 10-bit decoding for desktop.
