  • PC With Installed Qualcomm, ADB & Fastboot Drivers
  • A Data Cable :cool:
  • Bricked Device
  • Firmware Link Below :D

Method 1:- Flashing Raw Firmware In EDL Mode Port 9008​
> Download The Raw Firmware File And Extract It

> Download QFIL/QPST And Install It

> Open QFIL Application

> Click On Flat Build And Select Your Device Port (Should Be In Port 9008)

> Run .bat File According To Your Chipest
> Wait Till It Finish The Procces
> Your Device Will Boot Automatically To System
> Be Patient First Boot Takes Time ?

Method 3:- Flashing Recovery ROM​
• Need SD Card
> Download The Recovery Firmware File

Asus Website
> Copy it In SD Card

> Download Stock Recovery And Flash it

Stock Recovery
> Open Command Using Shift+Right Click.
> Connect Your Device In Fastboot Mode
> Fastboot flash recovery recovery_file_name*.img
> Fastboot boot recovery_file_name.img

> Select The Option Update Via SD Card
> Select The Firmware You Have downloaded
> Wait Till It Flash
> After Flashing Done , Reboot To System

i have got issues with the qpst tool it detects th qualcom 9008 port and it starts downloading boot img and recover and the fsome files but when it comes to system it gets failed the sahara fails heres the log

Try different version and u should connect with internet while flashing

It worked when I used qpst 2.0.1.7 and you have to rename the firmware folder making sure that there is no space in the name of the firmware that is given in the above post otherwise Sahara fails error will appear again and again this should do your work :D

Biggest thing I've found that causes Sahara and other failures is Windows built in antivirus system, turn it completely off, and you're almost 100 percent more likely to have a successful flash.

Help pls

I have somehow damaged the phone while flashing twrp recovery, because after flashing twrp recovery my phone doesn't seems to boot up, it alwasy redirects me to fastboot mode, but when i enter the TWRP Recover mode, it open that mode. I think i have messed up the OS or the Stock rom. Can anybody tell me wht is the solution for this pls. I have the zenfone asus_x00pd zb556kl model of Max M1. Please help me i really need it.

Twrp flash Ausu X00PD Max M1

Thanks alot guys, this forum really saved my neck.
I used the second method & got my problem resolved. I think, i might be have had done something wrong after installing Twrp Recovery, now i used the 2nd method, flashed my device with adb stock firmware provided & my phone finally boot up, but it erased all my data, so i had to do reflash the recovery with Twrp. Thanks a lot fellas u guys r real saviers

after installation twrp and upgrade the phone to pie, is dead, qfil see the com, (19), but fails!, what do I do?,I put the firmware in bin folder,also in C,I renamed the folder,firmware or asus,but nofhing!
Help,please!,I used QFIL 1.0.0.2 and 2.0.1.9,with the same result....

Flash pie then do

Run command fastboot oem lock

Then Flash oreo flahs files and run same command to lock

Still you will not getting FOTA
