Will using ADB sideload to update to G930AUCS4BQL1 from G930AUCU4BQK2 reset my phone? I have researched this before, but never really found an answer. Also, after updating manually this way once, will I still receive Ota updates after this normally?

I'll answer the sideloading question... YES it will reset and wipe the phone. (Should add to the OP post)

I have an unlocked AT&T S7 (non-Edge) running G930AUCU4BQF3.

Do I need to step my way through each of these, or can I leapfrog to the latest "current" file?

...also when I Google I see some grumbling about battery life issues with the S7 running sideloaded AT&T Oreo. Is that something I should worry about?

Also, when I try to download SS-G930AUCS4BQH1-to-S4BQJ2.zip from the link provided I get an "OOPS! no mirrors found" error message...
