@Unjustified Dev Please. Can you like add me on something (maybe google hangouts) and help me with this huge issue? I cant even boot CM at all.
"you weren't the only one reporting the issue." Who else has this happened to? I can't boot into the ROM this is related to the ROM! It happened after flashing the ROM.
Quick question, You have or can select fastboot backup UNDER BACKUP in TWRP?
Have you tried switching modes in audio FX? That seems to get it very clear. I'm using Rock and it sounds way better than small speakers.Yes, I'm on today's build. I do *think* it's better than the last build but I did not do a good side by side comparison to the 11-22 build; I was too excited to flash . I do know it is not as good as stock, as you say.
Hey, can anyone testing this ROM see if it allows you to customize the strength/duration of haptic feedback? One of my biggest gripes with the ZTE ROM is that even with Xposed installed the duration of the haptic feedback cannot be decreased below a certain level. I like very slight haptic feedback while typing and using nav buttons and right now my phone basically buzzes when I'm typing something.
I hate the strong haptic feedback as well. When I finish with audio I'm adding that option.Hey, can anyone testing this ROM see if it allows you to customize the strength/duration of haptic feedback? I am "almost" positive that would require a custom kernel and the setting to be implemented into the kernel, and a standalone kernel app (any kernel app) that can modify the values.
Custom is anything modified of course I modified it but very slightly enough for WiFi and to fix build. It doesn't deviate from stock other than that. It doesn't have all the features yet like key switching etc.I was under the impression that CM uses a custom kernel. Is that not the case for this phone?
It's automatically adjusting for me. In low light it dims and bright light it raises.
Mine is too dim when of should be brighter. It's automatically adjusting for me. In low light it dims and bright light it raises.
Did you wipe data before trying to install it?Hey everyone,
I'm having issues flashing the most recent update coming from stock A2017G just after rooting and unlocking bootloader. After flashing I receive the error:
"Updater process ended with ERROR: 7
Error installing zip file '/sdcard/TWRP/cm-13.0-20161122-UNOFFICIAL-ailsa_ii.zip'"
After looking online apparently this is from not passing the assert check implying an incompatible ROM. However even after removing the check and repacking and attempting to flash again I receive:
"Updater process ended with ERROR: 6
Error installing zip file '/sdcard/TWRP/cm-13.0-20161122-UNOFFICIAL-ailsa_ii.zip'"
Which I'm not too sure how to fix. I don't believe this is an issue with my TWRP or root as I have Titanium Backup accessing root successfully. Could it be an issue with the write protection within recovery?
If anyone could help me out I would be very appreciative.
