Goes past ZTE logo and the boot warning but goes black right after. I think it actually turns off (the power button brings it back) but the charge light stays on.

I am on a U model.

oh fck sry for that i revert the update now and try to fix that its very strange i use the source from ordenkrieger

I just tried to flash the new kernel and I am having the same issue as DarkQuark. Get past the ZTE logo but it goes black, flashes the red light a few times then reboots. Could it be because I am using the newest AEX too? Newest AEX uses:
A2017X_BootStack_O_B12.zip

If I read your instructions correctly you said to use:
A2017X_BootStack_B32+B10.zip ?

I also tried this one just to make sure:

A2017X_BootStack_B32_O.zip

All of them gave me the same behavior at boot

Tried couldn't boot the X1, not even the 3 Orange lights. Just stuck on the zte logo. I'm on 20180607 aex, had to install CAD kernel to get back in. I'll try clean flash of the aex and hellsgate X1 and report back.

Did you flash over CAD? I think Hellsgate needs to be flashed over the stock kernel or Hellsgate itself.
