nVidia Shield Android TV
nVidia's Shield Android TV is an Android TV based set-top box, targeted at both home entertainment and gaming. The nVidia Shield Android TV was released in May 2015, and is the third-generation Shield hardware device. It can output 4K resolution to TV over HDMI and supports high definition audio. It's powered by a 1.9GHz octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, and comes with either 16GB internal storage on SSD, or 500GB on HDD. External storage can be accessed via the micro SDCX slot. Other features include USB 3.0 ports, IR Receiver for remote control, dual-band Wi-Fi, gigabit ethernet, and Bluetooth 4.1.
