Can we try on normal android(non-android one) devices..
like partitioning internal storage for a new partition ..

I assume you're talking about /vendor and santoni? I don't know, I might try on mine, though.

Sure, I was thinking to resize over my nexus 4.. seems this device doesnt have some extra unused partitions like cust as present in xiaomi, so if we can provide /vendor partition to nexus devices then it would be cool

you have to download parted
adb remount,
adb push parted /sbin
give it execution permission with chmod

I freed up some 700 mb of space, reducing /cache partition, resizing others, and deleting tombstones and spare.
Now I have this free space before userdata partition.
I read that I can lose data if extend userdata partition to a previous sector.
Can I create a new partition to store data (pictures, videos...) in those 700 mb?
