Did you try latest kingroot app? If it's also failed for you then, you can't root it. Get a new device which has more Devs support.

Rooting My Huawei Ascend XT

Hi, I've rooted a phone before... But its like I can't find anything for my new phone.

I have a, Huawei Acend XT - Model: H1611.
Build Number - H1611C07b160
EMUI Version - 4.1
Android Version - 6.0.1

I was hoping you could lead me to the proper files and the program I would be required to download in order to safely and correctly gain root access within my device.

Step by step instructions would be nice as well, so I don't **** anything up...

When i flashed the custom recovery, my phone would boot the the bootloader mode. Correct me if i am wrong (noob question), does your software detect the phone environment and create the custom recovery accordingly?
