HTC Desire 820
HTC Desire 820 Lollipop 4.4.4 STOCK ROM is finally out!
My Good friend owns a HTC Desire 820., who's interested in android but he couldn't find a stock rom so i extracted from a nandroid.

I have worked out for making the STOCK ROM
If you guys are porting roms or you require the stock rom you guys can use it anywhere
just give credits to me!
Hope you enjoy the stock rom.
How to Install:
1. Get a Custom Recovery
2. Disable Signature Verification (Sorry for unsigned zip forgot in hurry)
3. Go to Wipe do a clean wipe.
4. Go to Install select the ROM File which you placed in your SDCARD.
5. Once Installation Completes. Click on Reboot
6. Enjoy!
Extracting BOOT File of HTC Proccess:
----------------------------------------------
place boot.emmcc.win in a folder
download unpackbootimg.exe and extract by it.
download mkbootimg.exe and pack it again.

I tried installing kingsense miui7 but it resulted in a bootloop. So, I downloaded this and placed on sdcard and also disabled signature verification as mentioned but i'm getting an error 6 in twrp. pls help
edit: i did follow all steps mentioned in this thread too. maybe i should flash appropriate hboot first

Htc desire 820 d830u (change from Chinese rom(miui7) to indian region
3 yr ago mistakenly I wiped all the data and also rom after that my device stuck on bootloop
After that i got Chinese version for my device I flash it through twrp backup method,,and it's done
But i don't want Chinese rom i want indian rom plzz help i want my back to stock rom,,, and also when I am flashing ruu
'Halted image ' something occurred

Before Chinese rom i am used kitkat 4.4.4
