I tried a canadian sim card to see if I could get the unlock code page but nothing
i checked and it is not on any black list but am guessing money may be owed on it;

I am guessing if you are trying to use a SIM card it is something other that CDMA like GSM or LTE? Bionic will work on any network in the world but Verizon set the phone up so it wouldn't work on other networks without a hack. Let me know what you're trying to do and I will tell you the procedure. Its easy to do if you know how!
