UPDATE: Works on LINEAGE 14.1 (Android 7.1.2 Nougat)!

Get your OFFICIAL LineageOS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2 Nougat) ROM from official website - https://download.lineageos.org/umts_spyder

FLASH VIA TWRP.
Get your Android 7.1.2 GAPPS - HERE!
Get your SUPERUSER file - HERE!
Get your XPOSED file - https://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk25/arm/
Optional: (Before installing LOS14.1) format userdata as ext4.

With custom ROM running on STOCK ROM, you have more media space, battery seems better, faster and smoothier performance compared to virtual slot like SLOT 1, 2, 3... and I feel its way better.
And yes, I got it working for my XT910 and XT910 MAXX~ So RAZR is not dead!

Note: I am not a developer.

FOR DROID RAZR XT912 user - Not sure whether this will work for XT912 or not. But you can try, but i'm not responsbile for any bricked or any issue, cuz' I don't own DROID RAZR XT912.

What is this thread for? You are linking to an outdated ROM. Since stargo is our omap-4 developer, you should be linking to his site for all of the required goodies. Also, our devices have official LineageOS 13.0 support. CyanogenMod is dead.

Hey, I was just trying to help out to those who want to install custom ROM on Stock ROM rather than on the other ROM slots. Been searching around the internet, and near to zero threads with proper instruction and so that was the reason for this thread. I'm just testing out on the old build whether it will work first then I will be testing on LINEAGE OS too.

Well, with this thread, at least people know that it is still possible to run on STOCK slot.

Well 3 Monthes Earlier I tried to flash cm 13 on my DROID RAZR XT912 in stock slot the method was similiar like this and I got success but I want to know one thing can I use RSD Lite after flashing cm 13 rom to restore my phone as it was but here at XDA some people said if you install rom on stock slot it will no longer flash firmware via RSD Lite until you restore nandroid backup of 4.1.2 so I want to ask is it true does RSD Lite works after flashing rom in stock slot
PS: Sorry for my bad english

Hello! Are that metod works on 4.0.4 stock or I need only 4.1.2 installed? And may it works with Lineage 13 or only pure CM builds?
I tested with Lineage 13 and it not installed because some partitions not match

nice, i've successfully installed Nougat (nightly 14.1 LineageOS) into XT910 MAXX!
slightly different from @justmoto92 , here's what i've done;
- download any necessary Files (LOS14.1, pico OpenGapps, SU, XposedInstaller, Safestrap)
- install Safestrap, install Recovery, reboot into Recovery
- wipe Dalvik, Cache, Data
- format Data to EXT4
- install LOS14.1, SU, pico OpenGapps, XposedInstaller
- wipe Dalvik, Cache
- reboot into System

This worked perfectly.
I didn't do the format data to ext4 step because I couldn't find it, but it installed anyway on stock slot.

Working flawlessly, thank you!

ext4 not necessary for this. but, remember what old version of android not support ext4 for data. and shure, don't using kingroot in stock, because it break stock for installation custom rom
