Dot in notification bar

Does anyone know what this dot in the notification means, it appears from time to time, even if i don't have a notification

Is it visible clearly? Or you have spotted it because everything else moves? If it appears randomly, that's weird. Maybe that's a sign something is in progress.. idk.. but if there is no actual notification showing it must be something from the Android or EMUI so basically system. I don't think any app can show icons there without the actual notification. So if it's system thing it should be safe. Try to ask Huawei customers through their website
