The HTC First features a dual core 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor (MSM8930), 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a 4.3" 720p display with 342 ppi, a 5 MP camera and 2000 mAh battery. With a weight of 123.9 grams and being 8.9 mm thick, this phone is light and slim.
